Sands Capital is seeking a motivated and highly professional Executive Assistant to support Managing Partners and other senior Investment Team members on the Firm’s private technology investment strategy. The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support-related tasks and will be able to work independently with little or no supervision. This person must be exceedingly well-organized, have a strong attention to detail, maintain a high level of confidentiality, and take a proactive approach to work. This person must possess the ability to support a highly educated, successful, and active team.
This is a full-time position that works from office headquarters in Arlington, Virginia. While core hours are 9:00am – 5:00pm, we expect this position to require flexibility to work additional hours, as needed.
Sands Capital is seeking an experienced, well-rounded asset management attorney to help lead and manage legal matters relating to Sands Capital’s public equity investment management business. The Legal Counsel will report directly to the General Counsel and work closely with the firm’s various constituencies, including Client Relations, Trading, Operations, Finance, Compliance, and Investment Teams.
The Legal Counsel position is expected to work from Sands Capital’s office in Arlington, Virginia Monday – Friday once it is deemed safe to do so and remotely until that time.

Sands Capital is seeking a motivated Research Associate to support our Life Sciences Team. As a Research Associate, you will work as an apprentice for an experienced Life Sciences Analyst and in close partnership with our broader life sciences team to support research on new investment ideas and existing investments across our domestic, global, and international portfolios in public and private markets.
The primary area of focus will be conducting research on innovative growth companies across the global medical technology space, including medical devices, genomics, diagnostics, and digital health. As part of the research process, you will have the opportunity to meet with C-suite executives from leading companies, interview doctors and industry experts, and increasingly attend medical/investor conferences and join diligence trips to company offices. You will also join the investment decision making process with portfolio managers, and the RA who excels in the role will take on greater responsibility for planning and executing research projects and contributing to decision making.
The RA is typically expected to work for 2-4 years before either leaving for external opportunities or being considered for internal promotion based on performance and firm needs.
